taster days 2024

For students considering joining us in Year 12 in September 2024, we are holding 2 Taster Days on Tuesday, 9 and Wednesday, 10 January 2024.  The days will provide you with the opportunity to sample taster lessons in all your chosen subjects, as well as sampling subjects you are considering studying in Year 12.  You will also be able to use the Sixth Form facilities, including our dedicated Sixth Form study area, Room 40.  The Taster Days are therefore a great opportunity to really confirm your final subject choices, as well as experience life in Sixth Form.

Students who currently attend Malton School will be automatically invited to the day, however, we are also extending the invitation to students who do not currently study at Malton but who are considering the Sixth Form at Malton for their A level studies next year.

Pre-booking is essential for all students, regardless of where they study, and places for non-Malton students are limited.  If you are interested in attending, please email sixth@maltonschool.org and we will send you a programme for the two days, plus a booking form.

If you are unable to attend the Taster Days, either because the date is not convenient for you or because we are oversubscribed, please also email us at sixth@maltonschool.org and we will try to arrange a visit to school for you during standard opening hours.

The deadline for registering for the Taster Days is Friday, 15 December 2023.  We regret that we are unable to accept registrations after this date.
